Preserving Stories Together

I started this service because I saw how many of our local historical societies were being left behind. You have incredible stories tucked away in boxes and ledgers, but the modern world of "going digital" can often feel like a mountain to climb.

My passion for this work began with my own family. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to uncovering stories from the past, piecing together family trees, saving fragile photographs, and ensuring these memories aren’t lost to time. What started as a personal journey soon grew into a mission, helping relatives across Australia and overseas reconnect through carefully preserved records.

Today, that mission has evolved. We have and ever-growing network of local archivists dedicated to bringing history to life. While our roots are in historical societies, we have expanded our expertise to also cater to family historians and sporting organisations who want to ensure their legacy is protected.

We provide a service that looks after everything from start to finish. You don’t need to be a computer expert to work with us; that’s what our network is here for. We offer flexible support tailored to your specific goals, including:

  • Grant Success: Finding and winning the funding to pay for your project.

  • Project Planning: Creating simple, sustainable plans for your records.

  • Digitisation: Modernising your archive while protecting the physical originals.

  • Collaborative Care: Working right alongside your team or volunteers.

Your History, Your Way

We believe you should stay in the driver’s seat. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like:

  • Hands-On: We can teach you or your team how to use your own equipment to save photos and documents safely.

  • Hands-Off: We can take on the "heavy lifting" (and the fragile items), handling the entire process for you.

Our goal is simple: to make sure your hard work isn't lost to time. Whether you are preserving a century of sporting triumphs, a complex family lineage, or a local community’s heritage, we are here to help you protect those memories. We want to ensure the next generation can find them, learn from them, and appreciate our shared history just as much as you do.

Because every box in your archive holds a story that deserves to be told.

I look forward to coming and having a chat and see what stories we can bring to life.
